Company Milestones

2003 — Founded in Staten Island

FDS was established with its first facility in Staten Island, New York, with a mission to provide unsurpassed quality and cost-effective logistics service around the clock.

Growth & Expansion

Built a reputation for reliability and accuracy, expanding our fleet and personnel to serve growing demand across the Northeast corridor.

2016 — New Jersey Expansion

Opened a second warehouse and office in New Jersey to increase time and cost effectiveness, expanding our facilities and regional presence.

Today — Two Locations, 24/7 Operations

Operating from Lincoln Park and Paterson, NJ, FDS continues to deliver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, serving clients with an excellent fleet, outstanding customer service, and top-quality transportation solutions.
